Previously: Research Associate at the universities of Marburg (2014-2020), University of Stuttgart (2013/2014), and the Peace Research Institute Frankfurt (2012-2013).

Internships with the Friedrich-Ebert Foundation in Abuja, Nigeria and London, with the African Development Bank in Kampala, Uganda as well as a research stay on First Nations Reserve (Alberta, Canada).

M.A. in International Security Studies (Warwick University, UK) (2011-2012).
