Further Information
Jana Rick is a doctoral student and research associate in the DFG project “Precarization in journalism” at the Department of Communication Studies and Media Research at LMU Munich. From 2014 to 2017 she studied the trilingual Bachelor course “Communication Sciences and Culture” at the Free University of Bozen-Bolzano. In 2019 she finished her Master´s degree in Media studies at the University of Innsbruck. In her Master thesis she focused on the future of local journalism. Since 2018 Jana Rick is working as a freelancer for the Süddeutsche Zeitung.
