Hartmut sees communication not only as a key driver of reputation, but also of organizational development as a whole. In more than 25 years in leading communications roles at large, international companies such as Siemens and Deutsche Börse, he has not only built up powerful teams, but also established a close and long-term collaboration with CEOs, managing directors and executives. He has geared his own communications team to the requirements of complexity and has, since then, successfully accompanied numerous other teams into the working mode of self-organization. In addition, Hartmut has developed and implemented methods and concepts for communication in special situations of organizational development, such as crises, mergers and acquisitions, culture change and transformation programs.
Hartmut holds a PhD in Communication and Leadership from the University of Salford, UK. He currently works in a network of partners – including PAUL – Organizational Development (Munich), The New Order Collective (Munich) and Compulse (Zurich) – with executives and teams from banking, industry, automotive, healthcare and energy sectors.
