From 2009 to 2012 Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Communication Science as a minor subject, and from 2012 to 2014 Master's degree in Political Science at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University of Munich. Practical experience at various media companies in Germany and abroad. From November 2014 to December 2019 research associate at the Department of Media and Communication at LMU Munich, within the research unit for journalism research, chaired by Thomas Hanitzsch. From October 2017 to December 2019 coordinator of the Master's programs in Communication Science and International Public Relations. 2018 she earned her PhD with a study on the characteristics and changes of political reporting in tabloid journalism. Research and teaching stays at the Columbia University, New York (2016), at the Hebrew University Jerusalem (2018), at the Université Sorbonne Nouvelle, Paris (2019) and at the Universitat Politècnica de València (2019). Since January 2020 scientific officer at the National Academy of Science and Engineering (acatech) for the project Plattform Lernende Systeme.
